Q. Will your Kayak Trolley fit my Kayak?
A. If your Kayak weighes under 26kg, has Scupper (drainage) holes and they measure 26mm or more in diameter they will fit,
we just need to know the distance between them.
Q. How much weight will the Trolley take?
A. Our Trolleys are for transporting the Kayak Only and will carry a Kayak that weighes under 26kg.
Q. Is your Trolley suitable for my Feelfree Corona Tandem Kayak?
A. Unfortunately No, as Tandem Kayaks usually weigh over 25kg and although our Trolleys are very strong a Tandem Kayak would put unnecessary strains upon it.
Q. Can I collect the Trolley in person?
A. Yes you are quite welcome to collect by arrangement.
Q. How long does it take to deliver once I have ordered?
A. Delivery is usually within 7 working days but please allow 10 days before contacting us.
Q. I drove over my Trolley in my car and broke it; do you have a spare upright?
A. We can supply any replacement part at reasonable prices, just email us and tell us which part you need and we will give you a quote.
Q. What should I do if the Trolley does not fit my Kayak?
A. This means you have measured your Kayak incorrectly, if you require a refund you will need to return the Trolley to us at YOUR expense,
a re-stocking fee will also apply, (see our Terms & Conditions page).
Q. How wide are the wheels?
A. The wheels are 240mm in diameter and 75mm wide.
Q. Do you offer a guarantee?
A. Our Trolley's are guaranteed up to 6 months providing they have not been misused.
If it has become defected due to bad manufacturing we will replace the parts (see our Terms & Conditions).
Q. Do you post to Spain?
A. We can post to European destinations but it is quite expensive due to the size and weight. Please ask for a quote before placing an order. Sorry we do not ship outside of Europe at the moment.
