Supplied undrilled (accept for the holes to fix it to the Slidetrax Rail) because Rod holders and Fishfinder brackets (or what ever you are using) come in all different shapes and sizes, so you will have to do that bit yourself. Simply align your Rod Holder bracket on the Mounting plate, mark and then drill some small pilot holes and fix the rod holder to the mounting plate using Stainless Steel Self Tapping Screws, or if you are fitting a nut and bolt you will need to mark and drill holes a little larger than the bolts, then drill the underneath to the same depth & width of the nut so that the nut sits flush with the underside of the plate.
