Shipping
Items purchased will be adequately packed and shipped to the address given. Shipping on all items is free within the Mainland United Kingdom; sales outside of the UK will incur a charge, please contact us by email for a quote. All items are shipped with Proof of Shipping, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Items may also be collected by arrangement.
Refunds
Refunds or a replacement Trolley will be issued if we are responsible for sending the incorrect size i.e. not to the size that was given by the customer. It is clearly stated on the “Buying the right Trolley” page how to obtain the size you require. If you have incorrectly measured your Kayak and wish to be refunded, you will have to return the trolley at your expense and a re-stocking fee of £8.00 will apply.
Guarantee
Our Trolley's are guaranteed up to 6 months providing they have not been misused.
If it has become defected due to bad manufacturing we will replace the parts FOC (you may need to return the damaged parts for inspection).
If it is found to be damaged due to misuse or neglect no refunds will be given and you will have to fund the replacement parts yourself.
Misuse
The Kayak Trolley is for transporting the Kayak Only and is not designed to take any extra weight other than the Kayak itself i.e. Overloading the Kayaks with a abnormal amount of belongings or by people sitting in the kayak whilst it is on the Trolley wheels. These Trolleys must not exceed 25kg. Refunds will not be issued if the Trolley has been misused.
Payment
Payment can be made securely online by using Credit/Debit Cards via Paypal or Google Checkout. Cheque, cash and Postal orders are also accepted but if paying by cheque please allow time for it to clear before your items is shipped.
